Easy Pad Thai Recipe – an authentic taste of Thai cuisine with no experience of Need

4 eggs
3 cups bean sprouts
6Oz Pad Thai Rice Noodles
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 / 4 cup fish sauce ***
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 / 3 cup chopped peanuts

(it's better to cut and rub the ingredients before you start)

4-6 servings

*** There are no substitutions, fish sauce, you canbe purchased at a grocery store. I usually get mine Meijers in the transition of traditional foods. Do not let the sauce of oysters or clams, but the description of fish sauce.

Steps

1.Boil water in the pot and put in bean sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then remove, bean sprouts and drain well. Set aside.

7. If you set the eggs, pour the mixture into sauce, carrots, bean sprouts, noodles, peanuts and green onions and put together.

8. Serve hot.

9. For more flavor you can add the lemon juice before serving on each plate.
